Dimitris Managoudis: Mechanical Engineer with Master in Science in Energy & Environmental Investments. Specialized in Energy Sector, registered in “Contractors’ enterprises Registry” of the Ministry for Energy and Environment, Planning and Public Works. He is certified Energy Inspector in Buildings, Heating and Cooling, certified Thermographer assessor with level Ι-NDT from Infraspection Institute. Certified Project Manager from 2009 & Project Manager in Sustainability Development PM4SD, as Practitioner Level by APMG-international. DGNB Auditor in supervising, designing Sustainable buildings from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen, as also member of the International Board of DGNB. Certified trainer in LCA and LCC by DGNB Criteria. Trainer in Energy Sector for International Education Program “Energy Scouts” (http://young-energy-europe.eu/en/energy-scouts/), within the framework of the Young Energy Europe project.
Since 2009, is the CEO of ICON GROUP (www.iconstruction.gr), as Executive Director of Sustainable Building Council Greece (SBC GREECE, http://www.sbcgreece.org) as the only official member of World Green Building Council (WorldGBC). Last year is the Vice president of the SBC GREECE, due to elections took part in 2018. Since 2016 was the Project Manager of the European Programme LIFE 09ENV/GR/000296, within the framework of which, he coordinates the design and construction of RES applications for ICON GROUP. Is a member of ASHRAE Hellenic Chapter. He has significant management experience (more than 15 years) in execution of public and private projects of electromechanical sector. He is experienced in Crisis and Personnel Management, holds a cognitive level in Advanced Negotiations II from the Greek Negotiation Institute. He is an excellent user of the English language, an independent Italian user, as well as an excellent computer user. Since 2019 is co-founder of EVOTROPIA Ecological Finance Architectures, (www.evotropia.com) a start-up that is Dedicated in Research and Development of natural capital valuation methods, as well as generalized and tailored-made financial, banking and insurance instruments that respond to the needs of the circular economy.
