IEK DELTA (Vocational Training Institute – https://iekdelta.gr/) has been established in 1971 and soon became the leader in Vocational Training in Greece, certified by the Greek Ministry of Education and the E.U. With 49 years of experience in private education, offering Post-Secondary Training Programs of Level 5, our goal is to ensure the quality of the provided knowledge and high levels of professional rehabilitation and employment. The name IEK DELTA is directly associated with Vocational Training.
IEK DELTA operates in a 4500m2 building of high quality facilities, located in the heart of Athens. New technology equipment, specialized labs, project rooms and thematic classrooms cover most of the functional space in the buildings. Since June 2018, IEK DELTA has established a new campus in West Attica, following the same design and quality pattern. IEK DELTA has developed a unique learning environment, with 53 Specialties divided in 5 Departments:

• School of Beauty & Health
• School of Arts & Education
• School of Business & Communication
IEK DELTA owes its established reputation to its infrastructure formed by highly qualified administration, teaching staff and a Career Office, responsible to assign all graduates to companies in order to conduct their working practice, provide counseling, organize Career Days and ensure professional rehabilitation and employment.

The main objective is to prepare students for a smooth and successful integration into the labor market. The dedicated Career Office staff is at the disposal of students from day one until the end of their studies, advising, mentoring and supporting their goals and dreams, with a key focus on their career development.
IEK DELTA has its own job-find portal, to which all students and graduates of IEK DELTA have exclusive and free access! At http://www.deltajobs.gr, students have the opportunity to create and update their CV, to be informed of current job openings and declare their interest. Internships are proven the most effective way for students to complete their studies and enter the job market successfully, having been trained on both a theoretical and practical level. In fact, it is an opportunity to work for some time in a real work environment and put into practice the knowledge that they have acquired, enhance their professional and interpersonal skills, get in touch and network with the business world.
IEK DELTA’s Career Office, through its long-term strategic partnerships with the largest companies in Greece, is extremely effective, with 98% of its students being absorbed into internships of their choice!
The Career Office is responsible for identifying and suggesting to its students the appropriate Internship Positions. Through personal meetings, training sessions and psychometric tests, Career Office focuses on individual characteristics, skills and desires and mentors the students to find the perfect place to start their career.
Students of IEK DELTA have the opportunity, through the process of intensive preparation with specialized seminars, workshops and interviews with representatives of major companies, to take the first step towards their career through internships or full-time jobs.
