Joined the German-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and Industry as Senior Manager in 2016 carrying accumulated experience of a long-standing career in international activities. He deals with
– Greek National Pavilions in selected international Fairs
– Business Delegations to Fairs, to countries in EU and other Continents, with focus on B2B’s for exports, joint-ventures, partnerships
– forums & workshops on foreign markets and bilateral economic relations
– coordination of the Tourism and Culture Committee of the Chamber
In parallel, he coordinates the operation of the Greek-Latin American Business Council and the Greek-Asian Business Council, which provide a networking platform for business interaction with local enterprises in the respective countries.
Previously, he had served SEV-Hellenic Federation of Enterprises for 30 years holding various positions, mainly in international relations. He was engaged in economic diplomacy, elaboration of policies for Greek business internationalization, position papers, presentations and speeches, organizing Greek business Delegations abroad, hosting foreign business Delegations, organizing B2B, forums and workshops. He coordinated 8 bilateral Business Councils with priority countries, participated in Committees in Greece and in Brussels on SME’s, EU external relations, Mediterranean affairs and was member in BusinessEurope Mediterranean Network, the Union of South Mediterranean Federations (BusinessMed) and the Union of Black Sea & Caspian Confederation of Enterprises (BlackSeaBusiness).
